These projects make great gifts. You've sewn on a machine, but it's been a while or maybe you still get nervous when you think about sewing and want to practice a little more before jumping into a big sewing project. There's help!
These classes were made so you can ease into to sewing on a machine or refresh your skills while sewing a fun and useful easy-to-sew creation.
Choose from one of these and select the fabric you’d like (included in the class price). We'll email you the supply list and arrange a date and time with you to come in for class to make a:
zippered cosmetic bag
bowl cozy for hot soup
drawstring bags for wine bottles or gifting
mahjong card holders
unpaper towels with a serger
scrunchies
Your instructor will email you a supply list of what to bring.
Also bring your sewing machine or rent one of ours,
a matching spool of all-purpose thread,
your sewing kit: fabric shears, seam ripper, pins, and a pin cushion
If you've never sewn before, we highly recommend you take Intro To Machine Sewing, which explains everything about beginning machine sewing in detail.
Ages 18 and up
1 1/2 hours
$50 to register two at a time or just you.
$75 to register three at a time.
$100 to register four at a time.
This is a Flex-Schedule Class
Once the order is placed, we’ll contact you to schedule a time and date to reserve a classroom and an instructor. And we will give you a list of what to bring for your project.
