A new stocking to hang from the mantle – that’s what you can get with this class. The stocking will be made from a quilting weight cotton – you can choose a basic woven interfacing or a fusible fleece to give it some softness. The stocking will be fully lined, have a hanging loop (either sewn or some variation of ribbon) and you have two choices of a felt cuff at the top.
There will be some items such as trims and buttons that you can choose to decorate your cuff or leave it plain.
Additionally, you should have enough fabric to make a couple of gift tags.
Kit price includes: your choice of 2 fabrics (fat quarters), interfacing (either woven or fusible fleece), batting scraps if wanted for the gift tags, white felt for cuff, pattern for stocking and gift tag. You will also be able to choose buttons or ribbon if you want to decorate the cuff of your stocking. White thread for sewing.
This is a two hour class and intended for those who have a basic knowledge of their machine.
Class is $50 per student, kit is $20. Limit 4 students per class.

Where should I start?
Extreme Beginner Level 1: You’ve never sewn or have forgotten how to use a sewing machine? This is your level.
Beginner Level 2: Just learned how to use your sewing machine and can sew a straight line? Level 2 is perfect for you.
Confident Beginner Level 3: Feeling good about making basic projects and can troubleshoot a “bird's nest”?
You’ll get more from Level 3.
Intermediate Level 4: Getting bored with sewing that’s not challenging your skills. Level 4 will be your happy place.
Advanced Level 5: You can sew on your own and make most things, but want to know more about how the pros sew? You’re ready for Level 5.
