Let’s make a hoodie!

We will modify this pattern slightly for beginner sewists and for time purposes. You will learn how to construct a garment with a pattern and work with stretchy fabric. Based on the size you are making, purchase fabric accordingly. 

Fabrics to bring:
Kids sizes 1.5 yards and Adult sizes 2 yards of 56-60” wide stretch knit or sweatshirt fabric.
All purpose thread.
Jersey or microtex machine needles may be needed if you are using jersey or high spandex knit material. 

Ages 10 and up after taking Intro To Machine Sewing or know how to operate, set up, wind bobbin, sew a straight seam, cut fabric with a pattern, and use a seam ripper.

3 hours long. Select the scheduled date and time or semi-private from the drop-down.
The semi-private option is best if you can’t make the date listed. Once you purchase it your teacher will email you to coordinate times and dates that work for everyone.
Maximum 2 students per scheduled and semi-private classes.
