Kids Sewing Camp in Columbus, Ohio, at The Sewing Hive!

This class is tailored to beginners, ages 10-15.

In this 4-day camp, they will learn to sew on a machine confidently and grow their sewing skills in a studio setting with up to 4 students maximum.

Your child will learn as they sew easy-to-make beginner sewing projects.
Bring a sewing machine and supplies from the list below. For $50, we will assemble all the fabrics, notions, and threads needed, so you don’t have to shop.

If you don’t have a machine, they are available to rent for $10.
Techniques they will be learning are how to:
Set up threads, fill a bobbin, change a needle and essential machine operation, cut from a pattern, pivot, miter corners, finish seams, and more!
Projects include:
Drawstring backpack, Elastic-Waist Shorts, and a Velcro Wallet
