Michelle Thomas began sewing at the age of 10. Her grandmother and aunts were very good seamstresses and she picked up the bug to create things by watching their creations come to life.  Michelle has a long history of teaching sewing in the Columbus area, plus an even longer history of growing up and living right here in Clintonville. On top of teaching sewing, Michelle is a 5th grade teacher, mom, wife and lover of all things crafty.  Michelle likes to make sure students get a good foundation of techniques. By teaching skills that add to their sewing toolbox, the student’s abilities grow and with that their confidence to try new and challenging projects.
